You will have access to your health records with a link to securely login. A secure network and phone line will be used at each visit. Additional specialized assessments may be used to help with diagnosis and evaluation to make sure you are receiving the most in depth assessment and diagnosis possible in modern medical care. This easy to use scheduling system with built-in simplistic messaging system to communicate in a safe and secure platform. Extensive laboratory can be ordered if needed can be done and sent near you for your convenience and to add to the evaluation and diagnoses process. 

This clinic is only able to be used in the following states in the USA: FL with no medication limitations, CA with limits on DEA medications, and MN with DEA limits on medications, TX with DEA limits with medications. This is not a hospital and cannot give emergent care and we have policies that you must agree to before treatment. You must also obey the clinic rules and regulations.

Insurance is one of these entities that is getting in the way of Healthcare, however some may want to use it. This clinic will have upfront costs and rates to provide transparency. If using cash, superbills can be made if out of network for your plan and you may send this to the insurance company for reimbursement. HSA funds can also be used. At this time we will have some billing insurance completed by Alma for Carelon, UnitedHealthcare, Optum (UMR,UHC,Oxford, Oscar), Cigna and Aetna. There maybe some limitations from Alma as they do not take all plans. Should there be an issue you will know upfront and never get a surprise bill. Please be mindful of the fact you may have a copayment with the insurance plan you have and look out for emails from Alma. My clinic will not fight or deal with insurance companies directly.
